چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat antara responsif dan efisien pada peluncuran produk baru, mengingat diperlukan berbeda perlakuan kedua jenis tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, data dalam penelitian didapat melalui pengumpulan referensi relevan. kajian pustaka tersebut juga dapat membandingkan karakteristik dari inovatif fungsional. Hasil menunjukan fungsional cenderung efisiensi. Sementara lebih digunakan inovatif.
